Absolutely! Raul does all the estimates himself and at NO CHARGE!

We are so glad that you are ready to move forward with the project. Just sign the bottom of the estimate and email or fax it over to us and we will get you on the work schedule! Spring and early summer is our busy season, so make sure you send back the estimate as soon as you can.

While the answer may vary for some specific plants, most trimming should be done after the leaves have fallen off, when the trees are dormant. They can also be trimmed in the early summer after the leaves have completed.

We want you to love the new plants you have decided to purchase. More importantly, we want them to grow and stay healthy. That’s why it is important to plant during the Spring months of March, April or May (before it gets too hot). We also can do the planting in the Fall months of October and November (before the frost sets in).

As a rule we don’t recommend planting anything within 10ft off the edge of the removed stump.

Absolutely! Once the tree is in your property you can, with consent from your neighbor.

We are fully insured! If you need a certificate for your home owners’ insurance policy, please don’t hesitate to ask us for one. This will come directly from our insurance company.

Permit requirements vary by town. Please contact your municipality to see if needed.

We always hope to leave our customers happy. When one of our amazing employees comes to let you know that we are done, that is when payment is expected.
